Book hotel accommodation

You can book your hotel stay when you register via the online registration module. These rooms can be booked based on: availability.

This is also possible. Please note: you pay the entire amount of the hotel reservation. You will not receive a split bill. The participant with whom the room is shared does not have to book a hotel stay during their own registration.

Change / cancel

You can request a change to your registration via You cannot change your registration online yourself.

You can only cancel your registration in writing by sending an email to but before a certain date, that will be mentioned within our registration modules. You will receive written confirmation of this. The cancellation conditions can be found on this website.

With a group registration, payment is made by means of one invoice per group.

Accreditation / certificate

On this page you can find out for which associations accreditation has been requested and which points have already been awarded.

After the conference, the conference secretariat will award the accreditation points in your personal file within two weeks, if the association is included in GAIA.

You will receive a certificate of participation by email within two weeks after the conference.
